1. Do you ship outside of the UK?
No. At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days for standard items and 7–14 business days for larger or bulky orders.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This may include a tracking number depending on the courier.

4. What happens if I am not home during delivery?
The courier may leave a calling card, attempt redelivery, or take the parcel to a local collection point. You can then rearrange delivery or collect your order.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns process.

6. What is your return policy?

7. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
